Hello, guys welcome back to my Blogger, today i will to tell you about my activities in kitchen, we in this learn about pastry and bakery, today i will study about tarlet and croissant, with my friends im so happy


This is a Step how to make  tarlet

Then after we made the tarlet we are also taught how to make a croissant,

Utensil dan equipment

1. UTENSIL  adalah peralatan kecil pada dapur yang tidak bermesin dan mudah untuk dipindahkan contohnya : ~Leadle  Leadle, digunakan sebagai alat untuk mengambil cairan dari bahan makanan seperti soup, stock dan cairan lainnya.  ~Food Tong  Food Tong, biasanya digunakan untuk mengambil bahan makanan agar tidak terkontaminasi seperti gorengan dan kue.  ~Sauce Pan  Sauce pan, digunakan untuk membuat sauce atau bahan makanan yang berkuah lainnya.  2 EQUPMENT   Equipment adalah peralatan dapur yang menggunakan mesin, tidak mudah dipindahkan dan mempunyai bahan bakar.  Contohnya : ~Mixer  Mixer, biasanya digunakan untuk mengocok bahan makanan hingga rata.  ~Blender  Blender, biasa digunakan untuk menghancurkan atau menghaluskan bahan makanan.  ~Table Working   Table working, digunakan sebagai area kerja untuk menyiapkan bahan makanan sebelum di olah.  sumber referensi : http://theflyingpetals.over-blog.com/2016/10/kitchen

Assalamu Alaikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuh.. Hello Guys . . . For the blog this time I will tell you about the activities that I did in the kitchen. The first activity I did was to prepare all the ingredients that had been prepared Today's activities that I did in Kitchen were preparing dishes for buffets on campus events attended by guests from abroad and for the menu we provided Indonesian menu. The menu that we prepared is like satay, a typical Bugis cake and some other Indonesian specialties.  After that we take a break and immediately do the cleaning general or clean the work area that we have occupied work starting from any material that needs to be tidied up to the floor you want to clean, then get ready to go home before returning home to pray together to be given a way to the right Thanks . . .
