Assalamualaikum wr.wb how are you guys today is my third day of practice, as usual we entered at 8 and one line, then prayed and then the division of the work group, the beginning of our work everything went well but in the middle we were rather negligent of all work assignments we, the pizza that was agreed yesterday that should be ready at 10 am but the expectations were not suitable, all the work was not directed, and finally the boss was angry and disappointed with our behavior which was not in line with the expectations of the boss genk, we were told to clean everything and return home , I am very sorry for myself, we should be able to reach that target.

Anda mungkin sudah tidak asing lagi dengan kue Nagasari, sejenis kue yang terbuat dari tepung beras, tepung sagu, santan, dan gula yang diisi pisang raja. Kue ini biasanya dibalut dengan daun pisang lalu dikukus. Di Makassar, kue Nagasari disebut Roko roko unti, yang di klaim berasal dari Makassar. berikut ini penjelasannya...   Bahan-bahan: 750 ml santan dari 1¼ btr kelapa 200 gr tepung beras 50 gr tepung sagu, tambahkan 75 ml air 70 gr gula pasir 3 bh pisang tanduk (berukuran kecil yang sudah tua), potong-potong 1 sdt garam Secukupnya daun pisang Cara membuat: Siapkan panci dan letakkan di atas api, masukkan santan lalu biarkan mendidih. Masukkan tepung beras, kecilkan api. aduk sampai kental, angkat. Tambahkan larutan tepung sagu yang sudah diberi air, masukkan gula pasir dan garam. Aduk rata. Ambil selembar daun pisang kemudian letakkan di atas telapak tangan, olesi dengan sedikit minyak goreng. Letakkan dua sendok makan adonan tepung beras ke atas daun ...

Assalamu Alaikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuh.. Hello Guys . . . For the blog this time I will tell you about the activities that I did in the kitchen. The first activity I did was to prepare all the ingredients that had been prepared Today's activities that I did in Kitchen were preparing dishes for buffets on campus events attended by guests from abroad and for the menu we provided Indonesian menu.
