Assalamualaikum wr.wb how are you guys? This time thank God I said because the boss was very kind, because after we made a huge mistake and chaos he still gave us the opportunity to improve everything, me and the breakfast group restarted all though hard but this was a big lesson for us, so that in working teamwork must be noticed, I feel very guilty and disappointed with myself because it makes our boss disappointed, we are very grateful he was generous and finally we were again allowed to practice again,

Assalamu Alaikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuh.. Hello Guys . . . For the blog this time I will tell you about the activities that I did in the kitchen. The first activity I did was to prepare all the ingredients that had been prepared Today's activities that I did in Kitchen were preparing dishes for buffets on campus events attended by guests from abroad and for the menu we provided Indonesian menu. The menu that we prepared is like satay, a typical Bugis cake and some other Indonesian specialties.  After that we take a break and immediately do the cleaning general or clean the work area that we have occupied work starting from any material that needs to be tidied up to the floor you want to clean, then get ready to go home before returning home to pray together to be given a way to the right Thanks . . .

ROKO-ROKO UNTI

Anda mungkin sudah tidak asing lagi dengan kue Nagasari, sejenis kue yang terbuat dari tepung beras, tepung sagu, santan, dan gula yang diisi pisang raja. Kue ini biasanya dibalut dengan daun pisang lalu dikukus. Di Makassar, kue Nagasari disebut Roko roko unti, yang di klaim berasal dari Makassar. berikut ini penjelasannya...   Bahan-bahan: 750 ml santan dari 1¼ btr kelapa 200 gr tepung beras 50 gr tepung sagu, tambahkan 75 ml air 70 gr gula pasir 3 bh pisang tanduk (berukuran kecil yang sudah tua), potong-potong 1 sdt garam Secukupnya daun pisang Cara membuat: Siapkan panci dan letakkan di atas api, masukkan santan lalu biarkan mendidih. Masukkan tepung beras, kecilkan api. aduk sampai kental, angkat. Tambahkan larutan tepung sagu yang sudah diberi air, masukkan gula pasir dan garam. Aduk rata.
